You will need to mix equal amount of water and powder to create the mask.

This Rice Bran Pore Minimizing Toner prepares the skin for hydration and aids natural process of kin renewal to reveal radiant young and beautiful skin.

Ingredients: Aqua, propylene glycol, aloe bardadensis (Aloe vera) extract, hydrated silica, zinc PCA glycerin, oryza sativa (rice) vinegar, citrus medica lmonum (lemon) peel oil, oryza sativa (rice) extract, tea tree oil, bisabolol, salicylic acid butylrnr glycol, malttodextrin, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide, potassium sorbate hydrogenated castrol oil.
